The number

UPC number12 digits. If you only have 11, the check digit will be added for you.

UPC-A follows the GS1 nominal symbol — 0.33 mm module, 37.29 × 25.91 mm at 100%, nine-module quiet zones, guard bars run to the baseline. ITF-14 uses a 1.016 mm module at 100% with a 2.5:1 wide-to-narrow ratio, ten-module quiet zones, 32 mm bars and 4.83 mm bearer bars, 152.4 mm wide framed. The UPC's human-readable line is OCR-B at 9pt with no tracking, the size where each digit's advance matches one 7-module cell. It's exported as outlines, so there's no font to embed, install or substitute. COGNAK doesn't issue UPC numbers; those come from GS1. This tool is provided as-is, with no warranty. Always scan a printed proof before committing to a production run.
