Pick the Image Mapping folder from Drive. Only the Digital-Web folders and MEMS-Products are indexed (web-size copy plus a thumbnail per image); everything else stays where it is. Re-run any time SiTime adds files; already-indexed images are skipped.
Deleted images, and the originals of replaced ones, stay here for 30 days before the file is removed for good. Restore puts the image back in the library and back on any slot it was cleared from, if that slot is still empty.
Each person signs in with their own password, and their name goes on what they do. SiTime people can pick, upload, add slots, make batches and review; they never see internal reviews. The COGNAK team can do the same and sees internal batches. Issuing a new password signs that person out.

The older way in, one password for the whole COGNAK team; whoever uses it types a name at sign-in. Same rights as a team person above. Changing it signs everyone on it out; blank turns it off. People with their own password don't need it.
Anyone who opens a batch review link without signing in enters this once per browser session. Signed-in people skip it. Blank turns it off.
The Event label and its icon stay fixed at the top of every card.
Every save is kept: all of the last 48 hours, then one an hour for two weeks, then one a day for 90 days. If a lot of picks or a batch disappear, find the last version before the drop and restore it. A restore is saved as a new version, so it can be undone from this same list. Reviewer decisions are stored separately and are never affected.
